Want to bypass the expensive slow Attorney? It's EASY to do! First, fill out a Quit Claim deed (and an Agreement to sell paper
as a reciept). You have to get the QC notatized. Once you have this filled out, the buyer should take a copy of the QC deed
and the deed to Lisbon. (If you don't have a deed, you can pick one up in the Recorder's office for free if you tell them
you are using it to transfer a lot.)
-Take the origional DEED to the Engineer's Office
-Then go to the Auditor's Office with the QC DEED
-Then you will have to go to the Recorder's office.
Then the lot should be in your name!! You can download a copy of a QC Deed and an Agreement to Sell paper FREE (which
cost $5 each usually).
(QC and Agreement- NOTE: Print Page one and two, then place page one in the printer so page 3 will print up right on the
back!!)

If you are buying land and can not appear in Lisbon, Ohio to transfer land, you MUST pay for an atty. I will NOT sell
land internationally, SORRY.
